- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Responsibilities & Context
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using PHP, Laravel, Java, and JavaScript and frameworks such as React.js and Vue.js.
- Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for improved speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to web development, and share knowledge with the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions to technical challenges.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend applications with databases and live servers.
- Develop complex database queries and manage data storage solutions using MySQL and SQL.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement responsive designs using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals and foster career development.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize Git for version control and GitHub for project management and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members
