Experience with agile development processes.
Communication skills equivalent to IELTS 6.5/7.0 will be preferred

Architect and design scalable web applications with a focus on performance and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
Develop and maintain PHP applications, primarily using Laravel;
Implement and secure APIs, ensuring protection against common web vulnerabilities like XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection.
Apply advanced web security practices, including encryption techniques and secure authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
Conduct performance tuning, profiling, and benchmarking to enhance application efficiency.
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.
Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and apply best practices for database design and optimisation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing mentorship to junior engineers to enhance team performance.
Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, including unit tests.
Deliver high-quality, bug-free software solutions that integrate seamlessly within larger system architectures.
Stay current with emerging technologies and adapt to changes to continuously improve development processes.
Experience with Git version control.
