Additional Requirements

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in ERP testing and Mobile App testing.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Test Automation

Responsibilities & Context

Develop comprehensive test plan and test cases based on the user requirements & scenarios.
Prepare test cases for software testing based on the business and system requirement specifications.
Review test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards
Determine and ensure the quality of application and software features.
To perform various types of testing for system functions as per requirement.
Automating repeated tasks and writing automated test scripts using different test frameworks like Selenium/ Cypress/ WeDriver IO.
Android/ iOS apps automation by using Appium
Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of automated testing processes·
Design and execute API tests using Postman or Rest Assured or similar tools·
Implement the industry standard QA Technique and Methodology·
Oversee the defect life cycle, ensuring timely and accurate defect identification, reporting, resolution, and validation consistently·
A thorough understanding of the organization’s business and products·
Analyzing bugs & errors, investigating and reporting root causes.
Utilize JIRA in order to track bugs and defects.
Develop user manual for the software upon successful release.· E2E testing of different platforms like web, mobile app, OTT, video apps etc.
Cross-functional interactions with team members and developers to maintain quality and prioritize tasks.
Prepare test plans in order to efficiently complete the software testing journey and construct the testing environment.
To provide various service request.
To share system-specific knowledge with software users.
Collect and review user feedback on software.
To do R&D wherever require as per assignment.
