Responsibilities & Context
Senior Staff Nurse (Dialysis, ICU, CCU, NICU, OT, Gastroenterology, Ward/ Cabin)
- Provide direct patient care in the designated department (Dialysis, ICU, CCU, NICU, OT, Labour, Gastroenterology, Ward/ Cabin and Others)
- Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Ward Management.
- Manage patient care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
