Professional Certification: UK Agent & Counsellor Training Course WEAC, Education Agent Training Course EATC, Canada Course for Education Agents CCEA, US Agent Training Course USATC.

We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working, self-motivated, career oriented counselor who must have good command of English (a competitive score in IELTS, PTE, or TOFEL is preferable but not mandatory).

Assessing university applications and supporting documents, including the Statement of-Purpose (SOP), is necessary to ensure successful admission and student visa approval.

The responsibilities of the student counselor include supporting the emotional and professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance.
To be a successful student counselor, you should treat all students with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing.·
Ultimately, a top-notch student counselor has a strong level of social perceptiveness, is gently persuasive, and has the ability to make students feel safe and secure·
Meet goals and targets by intake and assigned destination.
Responsible for counselling about studying abroad, including admission and visa requirements, costing, etc.
Build strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
Provide counselling to prospective students face-to-face as well as through other media such as Phone, social media, Live, video, etc.
Provide reporting Daily, Weekly, monthly, and yearly on all operational activities.
Assist the senior management teams with management reports and special projects.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed, and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Experience will be highly preferred.
Assisting the students with the application process.
Responsibilities of achieving the students file open on a target basis.
Train the applicants for the visa interview.
Communicate with clients face-to-face or over the phone regarding their application step.
Maintaining good communication with clients and building a strong relationship with them.
