Analyze market trends and internal data to forecast demand and ensure adequate supply levels to meet customer needs.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement measures to optimize processes.
Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high levels of performance and professional development.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all aspects of supply chain operations.
