Responsibilities & Context
Installation, configuration and management of Linux Server including server management task automation using Shell script, Ansible.
Installation, configuration and management of Linux mail server, DNS server, LDAP and Virtualization with KVM.
Having knowledge on Zimbra mail server.
Sound knowledge on WHM, Cpannel.
Having sound knowledge in IP Routing, Switching, and Security System.
Having sound knowledge on Windows server configuration: Active Directory, MS Exchange, SQL database.
Knowledge on Openstack cloud computing.
Knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes.
Having sound knowledge on database (Oracle, MYSQL, mongodb & PostgreSQL) installation & configuration.
Customer support regarding all the regular operations like Server System & Network Configuration, analyzing customer complaints, troubleshooting, configuration changes accordingly and communicating with customers for smooth operations.
Course and certification on RHCSA, RHCE.
