Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• B.sc in Computer Science & Engineering from reputed university.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years

Additional Requirements

• Well conversant in English & Bangla with strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a requirement.
• Should be self-driven, result oriented, having ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience will be required.
• Proficiency in Oracle DBA (Oracle Database Administration), Application Servers (WebLogic, Tomcat, IIS-Windows etc.), VM-ware vSphere is essential.
• Expertise in maintaining infrastructures like servers, storage & network devices will be considered as an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• User Management: Oversee the creation, administration, and maintenance of user accounts.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor database performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement tuning strategies to enhance query execution speeds.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot database-related issues, including performance lags, data corruption, and application errors.
• Backup & Recovery: Ensure regular data backups, archiving, and robust disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical information.
• Security Administration: Implement and enforce security measures to protect databases from unauthorized access and potential threats.
• Server Maintenance: Manage and maintain all servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
