Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tourist Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of visa requirements, immigration laws, and travel documentation for various countries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on tourist visa requirements for various countries.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, immigration policies, and travel advisories.
- Review and verify client documents, including passports, financial statements, and supporting materials.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed.
- Handle complex visa cases and provide solutions to clients with unique circumstances.
- Train and mentor junior visa counsellors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application statuses.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in visa processing, immigration consulting, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of visa requirements for popular tourist destinations (Schengen, USA, UK, Australia).
- Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using visa application portals and related software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English is must .
