Design comprehensive training programs tailored to different roles and departments.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources.3. Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Utilize various training methodologies, including workshops, e-learning, and simulations.
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and observation.
- Conduct on job training & FGD.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Knowledge about TOT and Develop and manage the training budget.
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
