Design comprehensive training programs tailored to different roles and departments.

• Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources.3.  Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Utilize various training methodologies, including workshops, e-learning, and simulations.
• Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and observation.
• Conduct on job training & FGD.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Knowledge about TOT and Develop and manage the training budget.
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
