Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a solid portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
Proven experience in leading design projects from conception to execution

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Soft Skills:

Portfolio:

Must include examples of complex, innovative design solutions for web, mobile, or software applications

Developing and implementing UI/UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs
Conducting user research, including but not limited to, user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to inform design decisions
Creating interactive prototypes and wireframes to test and refine concepts
Designing visual elements and assets, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, ensuring consistency across all platforms
Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity from concept through to production
Guiding and mentor junior designers, helping to raise the overall design quality within the team
Ensuring designs meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience
Keeping abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design, technology, and industry best practices
