Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and experienced VISA Counselor to join our team at a leading visa consultancy firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with detailed information on visa options (university admission/immigration), universities, course curriculums, immigration procedures, and accommodation for various destinations.
• Assist clients with legal requirements for immigration, residency, and work permits.
• Manage visa and immigration applications, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all necessary documents.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on their application status.
• Resolve any issues related to visa or residency applications.
• Assist clients with visa rejections, preparing necessary documents for appeals.
• Maintain accurate records of clients’ documents, applications, and status.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet collective goals and ensure top-notch client service.
