At least 3 years of proven experience in visa processing or a relevant field.
Candidates must have strong knowledge of end-to-end visa processing, be capable of independently managing the entire processing team, and possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure with high accuracy is essential.
Photoshop skills will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Handle end-to-end tourist visa processing for USA, UK, Australia, and Schengen countries.
Review, verify, and prepare visa application documents to ensure compliance with embassy requirements.
Manage complex visa cases and provide solutions for documentation and processing issues.
Supervise and lead the Visa Processing Team, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, airlines, and other relevant authorities.
Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Maintain accurate records, SOPs, and processing reports.
Train, guide, and monitor team members to improve productivity and service quality.
Ensure all applications are submitted within deadlines while maintaining a high success standard.
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
