- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Visualizer or Art Director in an advertising agency or relevant industry.
- Strong expertise in Static, Motion, and 3D design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.).
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
