Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or five-star hotel in Bangladesh or abroad (preferred).
  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or Hotel Management (preferred).
  • Good English communication skills—must be able to confidently serve and converse with foreign guests.
  • Sound knowledge of fine dining setup, table service, and international food presentation.
  • Strong understanding of Thai or Asian cuisine service style (added advantage).
  • Well-groomed, disciplined, and professionally presentable at all times.
  • Ability to work in a team and deliver consistent service under pressure.
  • Good memory and attention to detail to ensure error-free order taking and delivery.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and during special events.

Candidates with the following expertise will be given preference during shortlisting:

  • Previous experience serving in Thai, Japanese, or Asian fine dine restaurants.
  • Skilled in wine and beverage service, including pairing suggestions.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and billing process.
  • Trained in guest engagement, upselling techniques, and table etiquette.
  • Experience handling corporate and private events or VIP service.

 is an exclusive fine-dine destination in Mohakhali, renowned for its elegant ambience and top-tier hospitality. We serve a distinguished clientele, including local elites and international guests, through corporate dinners, private events, and themed evenings.

We are looking for a Senior Waiter/Waitress with fine-dining experience who can deliver exceptional guest service, maintain professional standards, and support the service team in ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality service to guests while maintaining fine dining etiquette.
  • Prepare dining areas by setting up tables, cutlery, glassware, and napkins as per Thai fine dine standards.
  • Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Present menus, describe dishes, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Handle service for VIP and foreign guests with confidence and professional communication.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for accurate and timely order delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness, table arrangement, and service flow during operating hours.
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently and handle special requests with attention to detail.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior waiters to maintain service consistency.
  • Support restaurant events, private functions, and large group bookings with service coordination.
  • Report any guest feedback, complaints, or issues promptly to the F&B Manager.
  • Ensure all food and beverage service follows hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
