Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and motivated Full-Stack Web Developer to join our growing team in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have experience building full-scale web applications and a robust understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and frameworks is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using React and Node.js.
Have experience in creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build and maintain robust server-side applications using Node.js, PHP. etc.
Create, optimize, and maintain databases using SQL and/or NoSQL technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Develop and manage APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) to integrate front-end and back-end systems.
Optimize websites for performance and SEO, utilizing tools like Google Analytics.
Manage web hosting environments, including cPanel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Communicate effectively in basic English to coordinate with the global team.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
Proficiency in React, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) and database management.
Experience with server-side languages like PHP.
Strong understanding of API design and development (REST/GraphQL).
Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with web hosting platforms, particularly cPanel.
Understanding of website optimization and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new frameworks and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.
