Job Context

We are going to hire a talented youth, energetic, professional, diversified female employee in its Communication Wings department.

Job Responsibilities

Type and format official documents, letters, reports, and other materials in Bangla and English.
Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation in all typed content.
Convert handwritten or printed texts into digital Bangla documents.
Maintain confidentiality of office files and sensitive information.
Assist with data entry tasks when required.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Managing and responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Providing product and service information to customers and assisting with their purchase decisions.
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue opportunities for customer engagement and growth.
Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies and programs to improve customer loyalty.
Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Managing customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conducting market research and customer surveys to gather insights and feedback.
Creating and maintaining reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
