About the Role

  • We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, branding, and campaign management with a strong track record of executing data-driven strategies that boost traffic, conversion, and ROI.You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, along with leading content marketing and SEO initiatives. This is a performance-focused role requiring strong analytical skills, creativity, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Create and optimize SEO-friendly website content, blogs, and product pages.
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  • Improve rankings, domain authority, and site visibility using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
  • Manage local SEO including Google Business Profiles and location-targeted content.

Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping

  • Proven experience managing Google Merchant Center (GMC) accounts, including setting up product feeds for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Ability to create, optimize, and troubleshoot product feeds (XML, CSV, or API-based), ensuring all items meet Google’s data and policy requirements.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving disapprovals, errors, and feed issues, including pricing mismatches, policy violations, and structured data conflicts.
  • Proficiency in linking and syncing GMC with Google Ads to run effective Google Shopping campaigns.
  • Familiarity with feed management tools such as DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, or GMC supplemental feeds. Experience optimizing product titles, descriptions, categories, and images for maximum Shopping ad performance and CTR.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, schema markup, and how it impacts Shopping listings and visibility.

Digital Advertising & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other ad networks
  • Optimize campaigns for KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Monitor ad performance via Meta Ads Manager and Google platforms to ensure cost-effective results.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies
  • Schedule and publish engaging daily content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-quality visuals and motion graphics.

Content & Email Marketing

  • Write compelling, SEO-optimized content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Create and manage targeted email campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and retention.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insights to track campaign performance.
  • Analyze traffic sources, user behavior, and funnel performance to generate actionable insights.
  • Present detailed reports to stakeholders and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
