Job Context:

Outnet, an innovative company driving growth in e-commerce and digital sectors, is seeking a full-time, hybrid-based SEO & SEM Expert with a strategic mindset to boost revenue and expand our market presence. The role involves managing both organic and paid search strategies. The SEO & SEM Expert will optimize the company site for improved rankings, increase traffic, handle on-page and off-page SEO, conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and manage technical SEO. Additionally, they will develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, focusing on keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conducting keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for content creation and optimization.
  • Performing competitive analysis to understand the SEO landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Optimizing website content, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and images, for targeted keywords.
  • Ensuring that all on-page elements are aligned with SEO best practices and enhance user experience.
  • Conducting regular audits of website content to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Monitoring and improving site performance, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
  • Identifying and fixing technical SEO issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
  • Implementing structured data and schema markup to enhance search engine understanding.
  • Developing and executing link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative sites.
  • Managing and optimizing local SEO efforts, including Google My Business listings and local citations.
  • Monitoring and responding to online reviews and reputation management efforts.
  • Collaborating with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with keyword strategies.
  • Providing recommendations for content improvements and added content topics based on keyword research and performance data.
  • Utilizing SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor and analyze website performance and SEO metrics.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports on SEO performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Tracking changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Working closely with the marketing team, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Communicating SEO insights and recommendations to team members and management.
