We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and techniques, with a proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic. You will work closely with our development and content teams to implement effective SEO practices that align with our clients’ goals and objectives.

Position: Senior SEO Specialist/Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical) to improve organic search rankings.
Optimize eCommerce websites and company websites for search engines, ensuring technical compliance (speed, mobile-friendliness, structured data).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments.
Create SEO-friendly content, including articles, blogs, and landing pages, aligned with AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepSeek).
Troubleshoot and resolve SEO errors (crawl issues, broken links, penalties).
Manage YouTube SEO (video optimization, metadata, engagement strategies).
Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console to track performance and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices on WordPress-based sites.
Target and rank keywords in global markets (local SEO, geo-specific strategies).
Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
Prepare detailed reports and present results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

3–5 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
In-depth A-Z SEO knowledge: On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and E-Commerce SEO.
Expertise in AI tools for content creation and optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepSeek).
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or digital marketing (e.g., Google Skillshop, HubSpot).
Strong portfolio showcasing rankings improvements, traffic growth, and successful campaigns.
Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Experience with WordPress SEO (plugins like Yoast, Rank Math).
Advanced skills in YouTube SEO (keyword research, tags, analytics).
Ability to write fluent English content and communicate professionally.
Problem-solving mindset to address penalties, drops in rankings, or indexing issues.
Analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies.

Preferred Skills:

Search Engine Optimization (Courses)
Experience with international SEO (Singapore, Bangladesh)
Basic HTML/CSS understanding for technical optimizations.
