Additional Requirements

• Age at least 20 years

• Proven experience (3+ years) in link building, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the impact of backlinks on search engine rankings.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, or similar platforms.
• Ability to perform competitor analysis and identify link-building opportunities.
• Excellent outreach skills with a track record of successful link acquisitions.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tracking tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of white-hat and black-hat link-building techniques (focus on ethical approaches).
• Experience with content marketing and understanding how it aligns with link-building efforts.

Responsibilities & Context

At CyberCraft Bangladesh, as an SEO (Link Building) Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective link-building strategies that enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Your primary focus will be on acquiring high-quality backlinks from reputable sources, leveraging your expertise in SEO to improve overall domain authority and SERP performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve SEO rankings.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify and analyze potential link-building opportunities across various niches.
• Outreach to potential link partners, negotiate, and establish long-term relationships for acquiring backlinks.
• Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and identify opportunities to build stronger link portfolios.
• Conduct link audits to evaluate the quality of existing backlinks and disavow toxic links.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure seamless link placement and effective targeting.
• Monitor, track, and report on key link-building metrics, providing insights on campaign performance and results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, link-building tactics, and algorithm updates to ensure the best practices are being followed.
• Strong understanding of White Hat, Gray Hat, and Black Hat SEO techniques, with the expertise to implement ethical strategies, recognize risky practices, and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines for sustainable growth.
