Job Context
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team at Sentry Security Services Limited. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive website traffic, and enhance online presence for the company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases with high search volume and low competition, and develop targeted SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, meta descriptions, headings, and on-page content, to align with target keywords and improve search engine crawlability, indexing, and ranking.
- Develop and implement link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative and relevant websites, directories, and publications to improve website authority and domain ranking.
- Perform technical SEO audits and optimization of website architecture, URL structure, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical factors to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on SEO performance metrics.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends, and incorporate insights into SEO strategies and tactics to maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to optimize website content, structure, and design for SEO, and ensure alignment with SEO best practices and guidelines.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to outperform competitors and capture market share.
- Provide SEO training, guidance, and support to internal teams, including content creators, marketers, and web developers, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented consistently across all digital properties.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and optimize strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives and targets.
