- Must have computer operating knowledge such as Internet Browsing, Emailing & Microsoft office.

- Ensure that the Service Department contributes to customer satisfactions.
- Ensuring high quality of service work.
- Increase service quality.
- Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed.
- Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.
