• Service Excellence Certified Service Advisor are most preferable.

Responsibilities & Context

• Customer handling, Maintenance, after sales service·         Handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealerships satisfaction
• Establish and maintain relationships with the manufactures designated warranty representatives
• Ensure that all paperwork and write-ups were clear and concise
• Job Control, distribution and Estimation.
• Customer feedback, service reminder and customer follow-up
• Perform Quality control and Vehicle inventory
• Report vehicle details in order to ensure safety of the driver and optimal vehicle operation.
• Verify the customer concern perform test drive
• Attend Technical and Non-technical Training get certification
• Reporting as per Requirement.
