Responsibilities & Context
- Customer handling, Maintenance, after sales service· Handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealerships satisfaction
- Establish and maintain relationships with the manufactures designated warranty representatives
- Ensure that all paperwork and write-ups were clear and concise
- Job Control, distribution and Estimation.
- Customer feedback, service reminder and customer follow-up
- Perform Quality control and Vehicle inventory
- Report vehicle details in order to ensure safety of the driver and optimal vehicle operation.
- Verify the customer concern perform test drive
- Attend Technical and Non-technical Training get certification
- Reporting as per Requirement.
