Requirements

Education

• Diploma

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Public University.

Experience

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate, Developer

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 30 years

• Should have enough knowledge in Residential & Commercial building.
• Should have enough connection with DESCO, DPDC, PDB and other Government officials etc.

Responsibilities & Context

• Sub-Station Operation, Installation & Maintenance.
• Generator Servicing.
• Generator Operation & Maintenance.
• Sound knowledge of BBT.
• Dry/Oil type Transformer.
• Maintenance of FDB & SDB.
• Firm knowledge of High/Low voltage Circuit Breakers, MC & other protection system.
• Firefighting system.
• PA System.
• BEMS system operation.
• Preparation of an electrical billing system for a running project.
• Maintaining the teamwork between the electricians, generator operators, plumbers & lift operators.
• Should have a sound knowledge of preparing work reports, BOQ, work schedules, and project planning.
• Building wiring diagram.
• AutoCAD.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
