Responsibilities & Context

Technical Support and Aftersales Services*

  • Provide comprehensive aftersales support, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of port machinery.
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of machinery.

Parts and Training Management*

  • Manage and coordinate the supply of spare parts, ensuring availability and timely delivery.
  • Provide technical training to customers and internal teams, enhancing their operational and maintenance capabilities.
  • Develop training materials and conduct hands-on workshops tailored to customer needs.

Customer Engagement*

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships through regular meetings and updates.
  • Gather feedback to improve service quality and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to support sales and service campaigns.

Campaigns and Promotions*

  • Plan and execute service campaigns, including preventive maintenance drives and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new service offerings and parts packages.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell service solutions and enhance customer value.

Documentation, Reporting, and Analysis*

  • Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports for internal and customer review.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on service activities, customer feedback, and key performance metrics.
  • Analyze service data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks, presenting actionable recommendations.

Compliance and Continuous Improvement*

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of best practices to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
