Job Location: Sylhet, Barishal, Rangpur, Madaripur, Khulna

Set and achieve both short-term and long-term sales goals and objectives.

Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.

Provide motivation and leadership to the engineering and sales teams.

Build and maintain professional relationships with external experts and agencies through seminars, conferences, and networking.

Create, monitor, and report on business plans to ensure progress and efficacy.

Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales.

Manage relationships with key personnel, clients, and service providers.

Ensure high-quality customer service and support in alignment with service level agreements and retention strategies.

Conduct regular door-to-door visits within assigned industrial and commercial zones to identify new customer requirements.

Consistently achieve mutually agreed sales targets.

Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

Regularly visit prospective clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Execute company sales activities, plans, and procedures with precision and accountability.
