5-10 years of experience in generator servicing and maintenance.

Experience candidates are preferred the most.
Strong knowledge of generator systems, including diesel and gas generators.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer/ Technician to join our team in the Generator & Lift Service sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing generators, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and test generators and related equipment.
Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs on generators.
Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of generators.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with generators.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform on-site repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
