Responsibilities & Context
Service Engineer for Carlcare Service Centers(Official After Sales Service for Itel, Tecno & Infinix)
Major Responsibilities:
- Identifying hardware failures (screen, battery, motherboard) and software glitches (OS crashes, malware, app crashes, sync issues).
- Providing “L1, L2, L3 & L4” support for complex repairs executing component-level fixes and part replacements
- Testing all device functions to meet factory standards
- Following SOPs and ESD safety standards strictly
- Using 5s methodology to maintain an organized center
- Managing customer complaints and delays professionally
- Monitoring stock levels to prevent part shortages
- Managing the return of defective components timely to Central Warehouse etc.
