Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for all tasks related to Installation/Erection of the textile/garment machinery
- Troubleshooting of the machines
- Prepare the report for each factory visit
- Cooperate with the Sales Team regarding proposal preparation
- Cooperate with the Sales Team regarding any customer query/feedback
- Develop & maintain good product knowledge
- Visit potential customers and maintain a positive relationship with them
