Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for all tasks related to installation of the Jewellery sector machine, likes , XRF Spectrometer, Laser Marking Machine, Laser Cutting Machine, Laser Welding Machine, Melting Machine etc.
- Troubleshooting of the machine and computer.
- Calibration XRF Spectrometer Machine
- Train customers and end user on equipment/software operation and maintenance.
- Provide guidance on the best practices to optimize equipment /software
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, online remote, email ,visits
