Additional Requirements
- Age At least 20 years
- 1–3 years practical experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Split AC, VRF, Chiller, AHU installation and servicing.
- Ability to use service tools, gauges, vacuum pump, and basic electrical tools.
- Physically fit and willing to work at site, overtime, and emergency service support.
Responsibilities & Context
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
- Repair compressors, motors, pumps, expansion valves, and control systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure efficient cooling operation.
- Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and pressure testing.
- Prepare service reports, fault reports, and maintenance checklists.
- Coordinate with clients and provide technical support at site.
- Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts, and safety equipment (PPE).
- Maintain service history, spare parts consumption, and follow company SOP & safety standards.
