Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues.
• Apply soldering and micro-soldering techniques with precision.
• Handle delicate components like LCR, IC, Chips, and Connectors with care.
• Perform advanced repair tasks on PCBA (L1, L2, L3, L4).
• Restore failed units to meet Customer Service requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
