Additional Requirements

• Age at least 24 years

• 2–3 years of relevant experience servicing copiers or printers is accepted.

• Strong knowledge of Multifunctional (Copier/Printer) hardware and functions.

• Candidates who have experience with other Computer Hardware troubleshooting will get preferences.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel for on-site technical support.

• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot monochrome and color copiers and printers of known brands like Toshiba, Canon, Sharp, Nashua tech, HP, Brother etc.

• Diagnose hardware/software faults and perform necessary repairs or part replacements.

• Carry out routine preventive maintenance of copiers and printers.

• Willing to travel to projects all over Bangladesh to install/configure and troubleshoot copiers and printers.

• Keep accurate inventory and service logs.

• Provide user training on copier and printer usage and basic troubleshooting.
