Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree or above.
Experience
At least 15 years
Additional Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in the Sweater manufacturing industry.
Must be capable of independently recruiting and managing workers. Should have strong skills in production management, marketing, and merchandising.
Must have complete knowledge of machine maintenance and operations.
Preference will be given to candidates willing to work in the Gazipur area and capable of taking responsibility for establishing and running a new factory.
