Responsibilities & Context
Supervise civil and plumbing maintenance of modern/high-rise buildings.
Handle dampness, cracks, waterproofing, leakage, drainage, plumbing, sanitary, and related building maintenance issues.
Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
Supervise contractors/vendors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, work scopes, maintenance schedules, and reports.
Coordinate with MEP, Facility Management, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and organizational requirements.
