Responsibilities & Context
- Verify the main line voltage and current measurements.
- Inspect the engine oil level.
- Check the compressor oil level.
- Monitor and record each stage’s temperature and pressure readings.
- Ensure the battery voltage is within the specified range.
- Verify the air compressor pressure.
- Assess the storage conditions for any irregularities.
- Conduct a thorough inspection for gas leakage from high-pressure pipes and connectors.
- Examine the condition of the water hose pipe.
- Assess the functionality of the gas regulator.
- Evaluate the state of the electrical components
- Maintain an hourly checklist and logbook to document all inspections and observations.
