We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Shift Engineer for Cement Business Unit, Bashundhara Group.

• Oversee & manage the operations of a specific shift or production line.
• Coordinate & allocate tasks to shift personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor production process, quality control, & productivity levels.
• Troubleshoot issues or problems that arise during the shift & take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations & company policies.
• Maintain accurate shift records, including production reports, maintenance logs, & shift handover notes.
