Additional Requirements

Previous experience as an engineer in the Ammonia refrigeration plant ( fish processing industry or a similar field).
Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair processing equipment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong equipment lifespan and ensure product quality.
Collaborate with production teams to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.
Train and mentor junior staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
