Responsibilities & Context
- Manpower handling, monitoring, plan execution shift wise.
- Mold loading-unloading as per Schedule (Blow/Injection molding machine).
- Machine parameter setting & quality full products produces.
- To solve the trouble shooting of Blow & Injection molding machine.
- Mold related works.
- Air compressor, chiller, cooling tower, hydraulic & pneumatic related works.
- Products calculation as per shift wise.
- Raw – materials calculation as per recipe.
- Checking the fire protection equipment’s to ensure it is effective when needed.
- Coordinate with production & QC team to complete the machine’s adjustment related task.
- Any others job as per management decision.
