Job Circular: Shift In-charge – Battery Production

Overview:

RFL Group, a leading local conglomerate with a strong legacy in manufacturing excellence, is seeking a Shift In-Charge – Battery Production to oversee and optimize production processes in our Habiganj Industrial Park Factory. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement production plan and achieve section wise production as per target.
• Organize records and reporting of section wise performance for MIS.
• Assess bottlenecks & improvement needs in production process and suggest improvements.
• Optimize output per man shift (OMS) in line with business plan.
• Motivate work force and develop subordinates to enhance productivity.
• Reduce wastage and process loss to achieve continues cost improvement.
• Coordinate with QA & other sections to ensure quality as per standard & company policy
