  • Shade matching at Dyeing processing.
  • Lab to Bulk dyes combination, Recipe making, recipe and if need correction to dye one chance bath Drop and avoid Topping at the best level.
  • Highest Dyeing Production. Achievement of 3 batch/Day per Dyeing machine.
  • Each Day fulfil Dyeing target production according to Dyeing Plan.
  • Re Dyeing, Re wash not more than 2%.
  • Maximum RFT of Dyeing.
  • Analysis of yarn Brand, Yarn lot, Dyes lot, Rib, Body lot matching to get correct Bulk dyeing Recipe.
