Responsibilities & Context

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow.
• Maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and manage supply ordering.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Motivate and lead team for high performance.

Customer Service:

• Ensure excellent guest experience.
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor service standards and provide coaching where needed.

Sales & Profitability:

• Meet sales targets and manage budgets.
• Control food and labor costs.
• Implement promotional strategies to increase revenue.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Maintain reports on daily sales, labor, and inventory.
• Conduct audits and inspections regularly.
