Responsibilities & Context

To plan, develop, optimize, organize, manage, evaluate, and be accountable for all processes regarding the product shipment.
To handle export through LC, Back LC. And Sales contract.
To execute, coordinate, monitor, and manage export/import-related works.
To handle all the documents related to export & import.
To manage the order follow-up and make the delivery schedule.
To follow up with the factory & forwarder strongly for sea & air shipment for on-time delivery.
Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by higher authority.
