Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably within the real estate Background.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A solid understanding of real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
Design sales plan and review periodical.

Responsibilities & Context

Should be able to manage big shopping malls.
Candidates who have managing experience with big shopping malls will get preference.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the management and development of the real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Oversee the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of properties, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to maximize profitability.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning for the company’s real estate assets.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, contractors, and government agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development.
Prepare financial reports and budgets related to real estate operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions and property management.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential tenants or buyers.
Implementing improvements as necessary to enhance tenant satisfaction and maximize occupancy rates.
Stay up-to-date with market conditions, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market.
Leading a sales team to achieve the sales target
Closely work with associated departments
Establish guidelines to develop effective sales strategy and ensure customer satisfaction
Create and manage database align with the organizational system
Market analysis and gather market intelligence to develop effective corporate sales plan
Periodical report generation and presentation as per management guidance
Any other task assigned by the management as and when necessary
