Best Electronics is selling world renowned branded products as Hitachi, Sharp, Conion whirlpool, Panasonic, Hisense, Philips, Midea & so many others cash & credit.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee our electronics showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for technology, and a proven track record in retail management. This role involves driving sales performance, managing a team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive team culture.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer loyalty.

  • Prepare reports on sales performance and operational activities for management review.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
