Job Context:

We are one of the local leading Trading company operate direct business of Tiles and Sanitary ware products of Bangladeshi leading local brands. We are going to hire a new dynamic Showroom In-charge, who can provide business excellence and sales operation. Those who are interested to work at Outside Dhaka area are encouraged to apply for this position.

Own all plans and strategies for developing tiles and sanitary ware (Building Materials) business and achieving the company’s sales goals through maintaining acceptable profit margins.
Having leadership quality to monitoring strictly. Manage a sales team to achieve monthly sales target of tiles and sanitary ware.
Capabilities of co-ordination with all sales person and Marketing Team at the showroom for conduct regular Retail sales.
Responsible for achieving individuals and sales team monthly retail sales target.
To manage the sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for Sales team’s activities.
Arranging market development programs to boost up the relations and sales.
Effectively review the progress on a Monthly basis about the Sales and Distribution plan and thereby making necessary corrections to the execution.
Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion.
Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, products requirements, customer requirements, Products Delivery etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
Enhance business outputs from existing clients and explore new clients for business expansion.
