Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a strategic and motivated Sales Manager to oversee and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail or wholesale, a deep understanding of the menswear market, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
• Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners, stockists, and distributors.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the internal sales team to deliver outstanding results.
• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and merchandising teams to align on seasonal goals and promotional strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, fashion events, and customer meetings.
