- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in formwork carpentry, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Proficiency in formwork systems, blueprint reading, leadership, and use of carpentry tools and equipment.
- Certifications: OSHA/NEBOSH safety certifications, scaffolding certification (if required), and formwork-related certifications are advantageous.
- Health and Safety: Compliance with safety standards, risk management, and proper use of PPE.
- Physical Abilities: Stamina, dexterity, and the ability to work in challenging environments.
