Requirements
Education
BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
PGD in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

3–5 years of practical experience in Purchase/Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
Experience in Woven Textile is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in local procurement will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
The Executive/Sr. Executive – Local Procurement will manage daily local procurement activities for woven textile operations, ensuring timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining proper procurement processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage local procurement of machinery spare parts, MRO, engineering, electrical, civil, maintenance, and factory operational materials.
Source and evaluate local suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Comparative Statements (CS), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
Develop and maintain a reliable local supplier network.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Stores, Finance, and other user departments.
Monitor material requirements and support uninterrupted woven textile production.
Maintain supplier records and support supplier performance evaluation.
Process procurement transactions through ERP/SCM systems and prepare purchase reports.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, SOPs and approval procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
